Exhibition at the Ichinokura Sakazuki Art Museum September 9th-23rd 2011



Dorothy's work is included in a group exhibition at the Ichinokura Sakazuki Art Museum Gallery in Gifu, Japan.
She will be exhibiting her "Mokumegane Rain Drop Porcelain", her "Ammonite Shadows", and her geometric "Window to Atlantis" porcelain sakazuki.

The Contemporary Museum, Honolulu, Hawaii, November 20th 2011 - January 29th 2012


The collection of Peter Drewliner and Charles Higa was donated to The Contemporary Museum, Honolulu, Hawaii. A special exhibition of the collection will open on October 20th 2011 and run until January 29th 2012. Several pieces of Dorothy Feibleman's work including the one pictured, are in the collection and will be shown in this exhibition.

New information about the Nerikomi workshop on the 28th & 29th

It is still on the 28th plus an optional extension day on the 29th.

It will be mixed intermediate and beginners.

You can take one or both days.

The class is limited to 8 people. The class is almost full.

Apply now if you want one of the two remaining places.

Some students are coming from very far away and prefer to add a second day.

The class will still be a one day class for those who only want to do a one day class.

Dorothy will give a BAR-B-Q for the students on the 28th.

The charge for the workshop and second optional day will be 60000yen

The charge for the one day workshop including the Bar-B-Q will be 40000yen

If you are not local, you can stay at the business hotel across from the studio. We can arrange it for you.

(The cost for a single room starts at 5800yen including a pretty good Viking breakfast.

JAPAN Nerikomi Workshop - August 28th 2011


August 28th, Dorothy will be giving a one day porcelain nerikomi workshop in Tokoname, Japan. The workshop will include slides, demos and hands-on by participants.
Languages used and translated will be English & Japanese.
